President, DMX Direct-Engage

Essential job duties and responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will possess:

Senior Consultant

Noel-Levitz, North America’s leading higher education consulting firm, is currently seeking an enrollment management professional to join our expanding consulting team. If you have had a demonstrable impact in the delivery of financial aid (federal, state, and institutional) at your non-profit college or university campus, we are interested in talking with you about applying that experience with our clients. Direct Marketing Senior Copy Editor

Noel-Levitz Direct (NL Direct) helps colleges and universities build and shape enrollments with integrated higher education direct marketing campaigns. The senior copy editor for NL Direct will oversee the communication and messaging strategy for all NL Direct client projects. This involves directing the development of graphic design concepts, copywriting, and offer development.
 
Essential job duties and responsibilities include:
  • Develop creative briefs and lead sessions for project kick-offs.
  • Organize and lead on-campus focus groups to develop an understanding of each NL Direct client and shape client-specific communication strategies.

Data Integrity Analyst I

Data integrity is a key component to Noel-Levitz’s success as we help our higher education clients reach their enrollment management goals. Working closely with Senior and Executive Consultants, the Data Integrity Analysts at Noel-Levitz oversee a client base of 10 to 18 institutions. Primary responsibilities include reviewing data files for proper format, completing data integrity checks, identifying, investigating, and resolving data anomalies, coding institutional specific integrity checks and data updates using SQL, preparing various reports and analyses, and ensuring the overall validity of all data and reports for the successful delivery of the Financial Aid Services component analyses.
 
Essential job duties and responsibilities include:
  • Complete initial client set-up in web-based data processing tool, including institutional parameters, populations, data mapping, and custom exports. Code institutional specific integrity checks and data updates using SQL. Create custom reports using excel templates and/or reporting services.
  • Review, analyze, and perform manual and automated integrity checks on student admissions and financial aid data. Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies using problem-solving, logic, and critical thinking to ensure complete and accurate data.
  • Provide ongoing data and web processing support to client base. Advise consultants and clients as to additional data needs and file submission dates to meet critical delivery deadlines. Serve as liaison between consultants and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Generate and review data output, client reports, and consultant analyses to ensure their overall accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  • Maintain institutional specific data processing instructions and documentation via Microsoft OneNote.
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree in math, computer science, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Successful experience within an institution of higher education, preferably in an admissions, financial aid, or enrollment management environment is helpful, but not required.
  • Previous experience with databases, SQL, or helpdesk experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and most notably, Excel experience is required.
  • Candidates must also have strong attention to detail, possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills, prioritize, execute, and complete tasks under tight deadlines, as well as portray excellent communication skills.

Campus Relations Manager

Noel-Levitz is currently seeking an experienced communications professional for its campus relations team. This position will assist with managing the client proposal process by creating and submitting customized, well-written proposals to prospective campuses. It will also assist with the development of new strategies designed to enhance sales lead generation for the company’s Direct Sales Team.
 
Essential job responsibilities:
  • Write clear, compelling proposals that are customized to the needs, challenges, and characteristics of the target institution.
  • Update proposal language on new and existing Noel-Levitz services, keeping benefits and features current and language in tune with existing market needs and conditions.
  • Assist with managing the proposal process for Noel-Levitz, including submitting proposals to campuses, responding to requests for proposals, tracking proposal status, and adhering to campus and consultant deadlines.
  • Generate reports on proposal conversion, sales opportunities, and other metrics as needed, using the company’s CRM database.
The successful candidate must possess:
  • Excellent writing skills. The candidate must be able to write proposals that are intelligent, persuasive, and customized to the needs of the prospective campus client.
