Kathryn Bass consults directly with campuses on the effective use of financial aid to increase enrollment yields and maximize net revenue from tuition. She offers 15 years of direct experience helping clients achieve their goals.
An executive consultant for Noel-Levitz, she monitors her clients' outcomes on a weekly basis throughout each phase of the recruitment cycle, recommending mid-course strategy adjustments as needed. She has served a range of institutions, including Baylor University (TX), St. John Fisher College (NY), The College of Saint Scholastica (MN), and Saint John's University (NY).
Previous campus experience
Prior to joining Noel-Levitz, she served as assistant director of financial aid at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she designed and significantly improved the university's scholarship program and streamlined application and awarding processes. In addition, she served as a financial aid counselor at Colorado State University-Fort Collins.
Education
Ms. Bass holds an MS in higher and adult education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
