Jo Hillman has been a strong catalyst for creating a service culture on post-secondary campuses during the past 25 years. She coordinates the application of several Noel-Levitz solutions to the unique needs of campuses. These services include Connections NOW™ , Connections™, Advanced Connections™ and the Second-Year Student Assessment™. Ms. Hillman's specialties include training, curriculum development, management, and team-building.
Ms. Hillman is also a principal of Hillman Associates, a private sector consulting firm that specializes in quality improvement and staff productivity solutions.
Ms. Hillman brings to Noel-Levitz clients a broad understanding of the higher education environment, having served a diverse cross section of private and public institutions across the U.S., Canada, and beyond.
During her career in higher education, Ms. Hillman has conducted training programs for all levels of campus personnel, including managers, supervisors, support staff, faculty, board members, and campus executives. She has received awards of excellence for her teaching and quality enhancement initiatives.
