Jim Hundrieser
Vice President, Consulting Services
Dr. Jim Hundrieser offers more than 20 years of experience in higher education. His enrollment management expertise covers strategic enrollment planning, student recruitment, student retention, strategic planning, assessment, and campus organization. He has been a full-time Noel-Levitz consultant before, working with more than 40 campuses to create comprehensive retention strategies, and conducting campus workshops on improving the quality of student life and learning.
Previous campus experience
Dr. Hundrieser has served as vice president for student development at Lynn University (FL) and vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Marymount Manhattan College (NY). At Marymount Manhattan College, he led a comprehensive student life and enrollment management program. Dr. Hundrieser created strategic plans for student affairs and college enrollment management; assisted in integrating the Registrar, Financial Aid, and Bursar offices with a first-year experience program; developed and implemented a divisional assessments plan; and improved a variety of services, programs, and activities. He also served previously at Lynn University as dean for assessment, planning, and student services. In that position he created the "Campus Climate Team" for students having academic or adjustment difficulties, leading to a 70 percent increase in retention rates for those students.
Education
Dr. Hundrieser holds a BS from Northern Michigan University, an MEd from Plymouth State College (now Plymouth State University) in New Hampshire, and a PhD in leadership and education from Barry University (FL).
