Annette Herring provides technical support to Noel-Levitz clients to ensure the effective use of the Retention Management System Plus™ and the Noel-Levitz Satisfaction-Priorities Surveys products and reporting systems. Ms. Herring oversees the processing department and assists clients with online administrations, data collection, and report delivery for these products that have proven effective for early intervention strategies and satisfaction-importance analyses at colleges and university nationwide. Ms. Herring also assists the development team with product enhancements and database integration processes.
Ms. Herring holds an associate degree from Kirkwood Community College (IA). Her background includes an emphasis on customer service, technical support, and problem solving.
