Nancy Dishner
Associate Consultant
As a consultant for Noel-Levitz, Nancy Dishner offers expertise in customer service, enrollment management, and organizational culture. She has consulted with Florida State University, Murray State University (KY), Lakeshore Technical College (WI), and United States International University (CA). Through her consulting experiences, she has facilitated the training of well over 1,000 individuals in the Connections™ and Advanced Connections™ quality service skills programs, as well as provided presentations on effective enrollment management strategy.
Dr. Dishner has served as director of the Scholarship and Leadership Training Program for the Niswonger Foundation since January 2007. She previously served as vice provost for enrollment services and director of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program at East Tennessee State University. She was also a tenured associate professor in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, teaching principalship licensure and higher education administration masters and doctoral coursework. Her early career was as an elementary school teacher in kindergarten, first and second grades. Dr. Dishner retired from the educational system of the State of Tennessee after 30 years of service. Her current work with a not-for-profit educational foundation has added a new and exciting dimension to her educational experience.

Dr. Dishner received her doctorate in educational administration from East Tennessee State University.
